sometimes, i don't know how i end up picking certain books over a thousand different books in the bookstore only to have them seem to talk to me..

its like i am wondering about something and then i absentmindedly pick up some book and BAM!!!! stuff like that is written at the back of the book..

I was browsing through shelves of second-hand books in one of the mall shops when I chanced upon this stack :

I am a self-confessed carbohydrate addict... it made me wonder if that book would have helped me control the addiction. heheh
